The office is open Monday - Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm, though the store is open until 5pm for collections. 

Please liaise within office opening hours if you need to try for sizing. 

All orders are now made-to-order and must be paid for in advance.

All orders are subject to a 2-week turnaround, providing all items are in stock. 

We are only keeping small amounts of stock on premises for sizing purposes. 

Orders can be paid for via BACS, cash or cheque. If paying via cheque, please make payable to Hereford Industrial Supply Ltd. 

Orders are available for collection from our Pen Tools depot, Jubilee Buidling, Faraday Road, HR4 9NS. Please look out for the Pen Tools sign when visiting. Mark1 will be on the ground floor of the depot. 

We do have other deopts available for collection, including a site at Rotherwas: Hereford Fastenings, Netherwood Rd, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6JZ.

You can contact this depot at 01432 353476 to check if your order is ready for collection. 

Please state which site you would like to collect from when placing your order.

We can only offer delivery to the school during term time and this will be at our discretion. We may collate orders into one bulk delivery once a month. Our delivery van makes deliveries Tuesdays & Thursdays and the school should contact you when the order is ready for collection. 

We can offer delivery to a home address for a cost of £7.95 + VAT.
